How to make a leather glasses case?

It's very simple! With the help of the Babylon Leather Glasses Case Pattern, you can complete your own leather glasses case in just 2-3 hours and enjoy it for a lifetime.

The finished dimensions are 6cm x 16cm x 6cm, and you'll need about 1 square foot of leather (for reference only). This pattern uses a Magnetic Snap for secure closure. It can be used as both an eyeglasses case and a sunglasses case, offering a stylish, semi-rigid protection that keeps your glasses safe without being too stiff. The leather provides an excellent tactile experience, whether you're holding it or putting it in your bag.

Instructions:

1. Prepare the leather: Obtain approximately 1 square foot of leather.
2. Cut the leather: Use the Babylon pattern to trace and cut out your leather pieces.
3. Punch holes and treat edges: Punch holes at 4mm intervals and treat the edges based on your leather type.
4. Sew and assemble: Prepare needle and thread, sew the pieces together, and attach the magnetic snap.

This process ensures that you'll have a high-quality leather glasses case that is both functional and stylish, providing excellent protection for your eyewear while offering a luxurious feel.
